Chronology
A lazy late summer weekend is disrupted by a shocking accusation when Delphine receives an anonymous phone call from her husband’s colleague about an alleged affair with one of their adopted children. Before jumping to conclusions, she decides to quietly observe her family and search for evidence; anything that will assuage her fears and dispel her doubts. When the truth suddenly and shockingly emerges, Delphine decides to forget the guilt and search for a permanent solution. This boundary-pushing debut feature from Kaveh Daneshmand paints an intimate portrait of an upper-class French family with sly black humor and sensuality.
