The first well-known building Daryl’s caravan passes is known as the Pantheon
Chronology
Daryl’s journey through a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way home. Its original purpose was a church, until the French Revolution when it was converted into a mausoleum that would commemorate France’s national heroes. Even though the series is set over a decade after the apocalypse, it seems that the sonic oil never ends.
Featured in Garch the Great: Remake It!
The characters willingly drive cars and trucks in series even though the gasoline becomes compromised as it ages, usually within a year or so. Additionally, when gasoline decomposes, it becomes gummy and also compromises the engine components. Thus, running motor vehicles ten years and more after the zombie apocalypse begins is not possible.
Sequel, Prequel & Reboot It!
Redo It! (2023). What started as a character created by the showrunners turned out to be a favorite character in every TV series I’ve watched.
The cinematography is great, the acting is great and of course the plot is great
He’s badass and I couldn’t have predicted the impact Daryl Dixon would have on all of us. Years later he’s now got a spin-off and it’s so good, the best TWD spin-off so far. The show is set in France and I can say it was a great decision!
Kudos to the writers of the Daryl Dixon spin-off series and I hope we get more of it!
The French actors are great and you can just say the chemistry on set was good because where viewers of the main TV series were used to bad acting by the end of the series, it’s now definitely revived.
